Helping Seniors of Brevard County
In a new plan to meet elder care needs, Dr. Ara J. Deukmedjian. Board Certified Neurosurgeon, has agreed to serve on the Board of Directors for "Helping Seniors of Brevard County, Inc." The non-profit organization plans to provide a major funding source for senior care services, including medical care to seniors in Brevard County, FL.
Dr. Deuk started off the fundraising effort with a substantial $5,000 check from Deuk Spine Foundation a non-profit organization, which he presides as Chairman and President.
Dr. Deuk commented on the mission of Helping Seniors of Brevard County: "We need innovative programs and community volunteers to step up to the challenges of helping our seniors - building awareness of issues affecting seniors, financial support through established senior care networks, and mitigating fluctuating support by Federal and State programs. I will be helping Joe Steckler, HSOBC President, to promote this needed agenda for Helping Seniors of Brevard County."
